Intermittent fasting (IF) isn’t just about diet; it’s a spiritual practice that can help you connect more deeply with your body.

You create a rhythm that promotes mental clarity and spiritual insight by eating during specific hours and fasting for the rest. Studies have found that IF can boost brain function and mood, helping you stay focused and positive as you travel.

  1. I am very happy to have found your website and read your article on unconventional spiritual practices for digital nomads.

Walking meditation sounds like a good activity even for seniors, since I am 65 now I am finding many of my activities are becoming so hard for me to do.

Intermittent fasting is brand new to me, but I am interested in learning more about this. With health issues now I am limited on what I can eat, so this might be very beneficial for me to give a try.

Everyone including myself spend more time online than we should, I know that digital detoxing is something I need to learn to do. The internet has become a part of our daily lives, but can this be a trigger for some of our health problems as we age?

I enjoyed my time on your website

  2. I seriously believe in a digital detox. We are so caught up with all things digital now that we do not take the time to explore nature and enjoy our selves. I am 1000% guilty of this. I have slowly been trying to allocate a small amount of time daily where I “unplug”. This is proving to be quite difficult.

I especially like your mention of walking meditation. This is a completely new concept to me. It is so interesting and definitely worth the try.
