  1. Hi Linden,

What an insightful piece on finding inner peace while working remotely. Exploring how remote work can challenge and facilitate personal growth is fascinating. Still I am curious about a few points:

How do you think the flexibility of remote work influences one’s ability to achieve inner peace compared to traditional office settings?

Also, could you suggest specific daily practices to help remote workers stay more connected to their inner selves despite physical isolation?

Finally, what role does the community play in this process, and how can remote workers effectively build and maintain these essential connections?

Looking forward to your thoughts. And thanks again for this great article.

    • Hi Sara, Thank you for your appreciative and curious comment.

      1. Your chances of finding inner peace are far greater than when you spend so much energy preparing, travelling and sustaining 9-5 in a workplace, where conditions may be difficult and stressful, for an hourly rate! Of course, you must build up your inner resources, establish boundaries and an efficient workspace at home/in a cafe/ hotel bedroom, etc. But today, a Gallup poll discovered that 85% of workers are disgruntled/dissatisfied with their jobs. The Internet greatly benefits employees and employers by working more economically and healthily.

      2. Networking is key. I have created many meaningful relationships online. Also, setting boundaries with family/friends is important. Balancing your input and respite is important: The respite – mindful practices, physical exercise, etc. – should be your reality, and then the ‘work’ is objective. Efficiency systems are essential, too.

      3. Community. There are so many to join. I have three that I go to every day to chat and receive training/information. They are international, culturally interesting, and consistently broaden my horizons. It’s ideal for me. My efficiency has quadrupled, my relationships have never been better, and my commitment to my own happiness has never been stronger.

To top it all off, the crucial thing is that I am no longer slogging away to line someone else’s pocket and feather their cap! I am working for myself, and I set my own value.

Blessings and Success to you Sara!🌹
