  1. Excellent article with captivating use of visuals. The photos you incorporated within your article took my mind on a visual journey by themselves.

Consistency is key is an understatement in my opinion. I live a very fast paced and active life. I find noise canceling headphones are my best friend for a few minutes each day. I personally aim for 15 minutes each day of true quiet time. I will be the first to admit that sometimes, my 15 minutes turns into a 30 minute power nap. But afterwards, my focus usually improves helping me get through even the toughest of days.

I read in a previous comment that was offered, you are creating a series of mindful practices. I have bookmarked your site and cannot wait to see what you reveal in that series.

    Until Then,

    • Hi Ashley.🌸

Again, I’m gratified that this speaks to you. Yes, sometimes it’s very difficult to keep going, and this is where the dangers lie – we must be fully aware and awake to catch them before they go too far!

I’m creating a series of mindful practices to help DNs and long-term Travellers/Remote workers. I hope my online course will be finished, too, one day soon. There’s so much to do to help people.

      Warm Wishes and Success
